No. You tell me who qualifies, like company size or a work email. Those people get a link to book with whoever you pick, an SDR or an AE, and everyone else goes to your SDRs the way they do now.

Do you need access to our CRM?

Yes, but only the parts I need, like your contacts and your demo form. Each rep also connects their inbox and calendar once, so the emails come from them and the sales calls land on their calendar. I test everything with fake requests before a real one comes through.

We're not on HubSpot or Salesforce. Does it still work?

Yes, it works with Pipedrive, Zoho and most other CRMs, but the setup takes a bit longer.

You pay once to get it set up, which covers the first month, and after that it's a flat monthly fee. I'll tell you both numbers on the call.

Because I keep it working after it's live, so none of your demo requests slip through. Every morning I send a test request through your form, and if something broke, like a rep's calendar disconnecting, I fix it that day and make sure everyone who came in meanwhile still gets their email. And on the 1st of every month you see how many requests got answered and how many of them booked a sales call.
